By booking a treatment with Sunday Skin UK, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

    These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings, purchases, and use of our website.

    • For pay-as-you-go sessions, a minimum of two treatments is typically required for Inkless Medical Tattooing and Brazilian Camouflage before visible improvement may be seen.

    • Results from RF Microneedling vary depending on individual skin response. While a course of 3–6 sessions is standard, additional sessions may be required.

    • Clients are responsible for booking and attending treatments as advised. Failure to follow the recommended treatment plan may impact results.

    • Healing time is typically a minimum of 4–12 weeks following each session.

    • Full results may take up to 12 months, depending on individual skin type, lifestyle, medical history, and adherence to aftercare.

    • Results vary between individuals, and no specific outcomes or levels of improvement can be guaranteed.

    • All treatments are carried out in line with best practice. However, the clinic, its practitioners, and affiliates accept no liability for variations in results or where desired outcomes are not achieved.

    • Clients must follow all aftercare instructions provided by the clinic to ensure optimal results and reduce the risk of complications.

    • Failure to follow aftercare guidance may affect results and releases the clinic, its practitioners, and affiliates from liability for any adverse outcomes.

    • Patch testing is mandatory for all Inkless Medical Tattooing and Brazilian Camouflage procedures, as well as for any treatment involving active serums or products, including RF Microneedling where applicable.

    • For Inkless and Brazilian treatments, patch tests must be completed 4–8 weeks prior to the scheduled appointment.

    • For serum-based treatments, patch tests must be completed 24–48 hours prior, or as advised by your practitioner.

    • A patch test fee is required at booking and will be deducted from your total treatment cost if you proceed. This fee is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellation, change of mind, failure to proceed, or unsuitability following assessment or adverse reaction.

    • Failure to complete a patch test within the required timeframe may result in appointment cancellation, treated as a late cancellation or no-show, with full charges applied.

    • By proceeding with a patch test or treatment, you acknowledge and accept that all treatments carry inherent risks, including but not limited to irritation, allergic reaction, hyperpigmentation, hypopigmentation, scarring, infection, or unforeseen skin response. You agree that the clinic, its practitioners, and affiliates accept no liability for any adverse reactions or outcomes.

    • Clients must disclose all relevant medical history and follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions provided by the clinic.

    • Failure to follow instructions may impact treatment results or suitability and releases the clinic, its practitioners, and affiliates from any related liability.

    • All payments are strictly non-refundable, including deposits, booking fees, patch tests, single sessions, and pre-paid treatment packages.

    • No refunds will be issued for completed treatments, dissatisfaction with results, change of mind, or inability to proceed for any reason.

    • Failure to attend an appointment without sufficient notice will result in forfeiture of 100% of the payment.

    • Missed sessions must be paid in full before a new appointment can be scheduled.

    • Late cancellations will be treated as no-shows and charged in full.

    • By booking and proceeding with treatment, clients waive the right to initiate any chargeback or payment dispute for services rendered.

    • Any attempt to reverse a legitimate payment will be considered a breach of these Terms & Conditions. The clinic reserves the right to recover outstanding balances, pursue legal action, and recover any associated costs.

    • The clinic reserves the absolute right to refuse or postpone treatment where: patch testing requirements have not been met. a reaction has occurred, contraindications or safety concerns are present

    • Treatment may be refused at the clinic’s sole discretion without liability.

    • All treatments are carried out in line with professional standards and best practice.

    • The clinic, its practitioners, and affiliates accept no liability for unforeseen complications, variations in results, or outcomes that do not meet client expectations.

    • Clients acknowledge that treatments carry inherent risks, including but not limited to irritation, allergic reaction, scarring, hyperpigmentation, or infection.

    • All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, and logos, is the property of Sunday Skin UK and is protected by copyright law.

    • By proceeding with treatment, clients may consent to photographs or videos being taken for clinical records, marketing, or portfolio purposes.

    • Any use of these images by clients without prior consent from the clinic is strictly prohibited.

    • All personal data provided to the clinic will be handled in accordance with the UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.

    • Data is collected and processed to provide treatments, manage appointments, and communicate with clients.

    • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

    • Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

    • Clients also have the right to raise complaints with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) regarding data handling.

    • We aim to address all concerns promptly and professionally.
