Cancellation Policy
Appointment & Cancellation Policy – SUNDAY SKIN UK To secure your appointment, a 30% deposit is required. If you choose to pay via Klarna or Clearpay, your payment will be split into three instalments. Deposit Terms • Non-Refundable: All deposits are strictly non-refundable. • Rescheduling: Deposits may be transferred once to a different date. If you need to reschedule a second time, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required. This policy applies to all clients, including those using finance or payment plans. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy • 48-Hour Notice Requirement: We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. • Fees for Late Changes: • Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours in advance will forfeit deposit if already changed appointment once before and another deposit is needed to be rebooked in. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment price and must pay in full before booking another appointment. Payment & Enforcement • A credit card is required to secure your appointment. Any applicable cancellation fees will be charged to the card on file. • If paying through finance, payment instructions for cancellation fees will be provided if you haven’t started treatment yet. • Failure to settle outstanding fees will prevent future bookings until payment is made. Additional Policies • Patch Tests: The cost of a patch test is redeemable only against full-priced sessions. If you receive a discounted session, this offer does not apply. • Late Arrivals: Clients arriving 15 minutes or more past their scheduled time will forfeit their deposit, and the appointment will be cancelled. By paying your deposit and booking in, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to our deposit, cancellation, and no-show policies. You also authorise SUNDAY SKIN UK to charge the applicable fees in the event of a policy violation.
