• Course fees are non-refundable once access or materials have been provided.

• Certificates are issued upon successful completion of practical and theory components.

• Students must behave professionally; any misconduct may result in removal without refund.

 

 

 

 

4. Booking & Cancellations

 

 

• A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure appointments.

• We require at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel.

• Late cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of the booking fee.

• Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation.

• Refunds are not issued for treatments already performed.

• Digital products and training materials are non-refundable once accessed.
